Hollister
United was in Los Gatos this past Saturday to face PSA United on
their home field for a shutout win over PSA United. Both
Hannah and Alex were able to find the back of the net to put the
score at 3-0. Kylie had her own shut out as she let nothing past
her and Jahkya was able keep PSA United to O when she came in as
the relief goalie. The team played well as a whole coming
off a two week break from game play.

Pass around the Rolaids and break out the Pepto-Bismol as this
was one cliff hanger of a game. With an Explosion penalty
shot 7 minutes into the game that just squeaked under the bar
leaving United with a deficit they were never able to recover
from. The team went all out with this very physical game,
but just could not persuade the ball to go into the opposing
team's goal. There were some very close shots but
Explosion defended the goal well. It was a real nail biter
all the way down to that last whistle.
United is at home for their next game this Saturday for 11am
game to face the Almaden Wildcats.
